I am an Educator with over 15 years of experience in secondary education. I have served in the "School House" as a Science Teacher, Hydroponics and Aquaponics Teacher, Summer School Facilitator, and Vice Principal. I have always had  two passions; Ballet and STEAM!  My love for ballet began at the age of 4 years old. Dance taught me to recognize patterns and math sequences. I received my training from Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, Alabama School of Fine Arts, and Huntsville Ballet Company. My dance talents allowed me to perform Red Rose in the Nutcracker Ballet.  Math and Science has provided me  the opportunity to be a Northrop Grumman Fellow and Mentor. I am a  graduate of Alabama A& M University and Samford University. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, a Master of Secondary Education Degree with a concentration in Biology, and an Instructional Leadership Certification from Samford University.
